.Step out from the large terrace to the inviting 10 x 5 swimming pool with sunbathing deck and adjacent timber Sala, where you can take your drinks or enjoy a meal. The large, lush, tropical garden is an oasis of tranquility in a dream setting which is totally secluded. The Villa itself is of contemporary design and there is ample parking for 3 cars- 2 under cover-secured by electronic gates. The lounge is 70 m² and has a very high wooden vaulted ceiling and a minstrels gallery overlooks from the first floor. Three double French doors lead to the large terrace.

The floors are marble throughout and furnishings are of top quality teak and leather. Enjoy the 55 in Smart TV with Netflix and ADSL is also included. There is a luxury fully equipped kitchen with units by Fagor. Three bedrooms are en suite with king size teak beds. The 4th has a queen size.There is actually a 5th bedroom but this is quite small with a single bed and wardrobe. There is only a fan in this room but hasair-con. They both share the guest bathroom with shower.

The villa: This luxurious Villa has been completely refurbished to a very high standard specifically for the rental market. It is spacious and well equipped with everything you will need to make your stay a real pleasure.

There are many books for your enjoyment and there is Cable TV provided as well as ADSL in the lounge for your computer. Car hire can be arranged. cleaning service is included every two days ( except Sunday maid's day off) with once weekly bedding change.

There are 4 double bedrooms but the 5th is quite small with a single bed. It is OK to use is as a child's room or perhaps for a maid.

Phuket Island Region: Phuket is definitely one of the most exciting and attractive areas of Thailand but the Southern part is undoubtedly the most beautiful.There is so much to do and the people themselves are guaranteed to give you a warm welcome in this 'Land of Smiles'

Phuket is a Mecca for water-sport lovers and few visitors leave without seeing the view and spectacular sunsets at Prom Thep Cape.

The small Kata Noi and Nai Harn beaches are popular and the diminutive and charming Ya Nui beach is popular with the locals. Snorkeling is a pleasure and there are corals where one can see dazzling fish.

Rawai beach has many restaurants overlooking the water where boats go to the nearby islands. Buy fresh fish from the local Sea Gypsies or buy souvenirs.

There are top class International restaurants nearby and an abundance of very good quality local Thai food.

The choice is yours- relax on the white sandy beaches or be more energetic and go on one of the many activities available- either way have fun!

Climate: Phuket`s rainy season runs from May until end of October with the last two months having the most rainfall. However, even in the rainy season there are long periods of sunshine each day.

Low season is a nice time to visit Phuket as most of the crowds have gone and weather can still be glorious.

Interaction with guest

The Villa is totally private but we live close by and can be available when needed. Kindly note that during this difficult period of the pandemic we have kept our maid employed and she has thoroughly cleaned the Villa daily. We have also taken the opportunity to upgrade one of the bathrooms and do maintenance so the Villa is now in great condition.When bookings resume which will be very soon we will leave one full day between bookings so that everything can be thoroughly cleaned again and made ready for our guests.

If you need a maid to come in and clean this can be arranged and the price is 500 Baht each time. Sheets on the beds will be changed at the end of each week.
WIFI is included in the price.
Electric is charged at a rate of 6 Thai Baht per unit. The meter is read when you arrive and again when you leave so a payment can be made.
Water is also chargeable at a flat rate of 250 Baht per week.
Smoking in the house is not allowed but perfectly OK on the terrace or in the garden

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Brian (the owner) a message.

If Brian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
