An Idyllic Villa set in the small peaceful village of Ratzakli, overlooking the Ionian Sea & the Island of Zante. This tranquil location offers a superb relaxing holiday on the stunning Island of Kefalonia. Relax whilst gazing at the Mountain View or take a dip in the Private Pool whilst overlooking the Beautiful Blue sea. 10 Minutes drive into very popular town of Scala, and 5 Minutes away from Kaminia Beach. The Villa boasts 3 double bedrooms all with Air conditioning along with Balconies to the front Sea View or rear Mountain view, so you are spoilt for choice. The Main bathroom upstairs features a bath & Shower along with WC, Downstairs you'll find a large open plan lounge with Air Conditioning along with a shower room and separate WC. Washing Machine,Dishwasher,TV,DVD Player, BBQ, Digital TV.

“Lovely quiet, private Villa.”

Just returned from 2 weeks at Villa Leone - 4 adults and 2 children (8 and 6); we all had a lovely relaxing time; Villa Leone catered for all our needs and was clean and comfortable with a pool that kept the kids entertained for hours.....the fig, orange and pear trees around the villa kept the adults entertained too! There was plenty of shade around the villa for everyone to hide in and plenty of sun traps too! So glad of the a/c in the evenings as without it I don't think we would have slept.......temperatures hit 43 a few times. The villa is perfectly located for Kaminia beach, just a few minutes drive away that is great for kids as it is shallow and sandy and has a few tavernas within very easy access - a good first point of call after a long days travelling....ice cold beers! We also found that Katelios, just a few minutes drive away was a lovely destination for evening meals with plenty of tavernas to choose from, all right on the beach, many of which serve up some great (fresh) sea food! An excellent place to visit if your prefer your night life a little more relaxed than nearby Kalos. Overall Villa Leone was great, I would thoroughly recommend it, I hope to return soon! N.B. A car is absolutely essential, we rented ours via 'Greekstones' who were excellent, with a very easy airport pick up and drop off. Another very popular car supplier on the island seems to be 'CBR Car Rental' - no idea what they are like though.

“Excellent holiday superb accomodation”

This was a lovely location and place to stay. Although, you would need to hire a car. Me and my friends needed somewhere off the beaten track to relax and unwind. and Villa Leone was just the place. All the things you would expect for a Villa for faculties. It was clean and to a high spec. The pool was clean and private. To be fair the villa and surrounding land was very secluded and it was just what we needed. Everyone was very friendly and it was easy to communicate with the locals. I would definitely book this place again! reasonable price and excellent customer service.

How do damage deposits work?
