Description

Pretty Lodge set within the small orchard , with an open plan Kitchen/Dining/ Living area with patio doors leading on to a south facing covered veranda. 1 family bedroom ( 1 Double bed and I single ) . Bed Linen is provided. Perfect relaxing retreat located on a small family run site , only a short distance from all local amenities with a pub/ restaurant 5 minutes walk away

If Maple is booked we do have other lodges on the site you could try = pondfauld holidays .

Wi-Fi is available on site but please note the signal is limited.

Pets are welcome at a small charge ( please mention at the time of booking ) but must be on a lead on site at all times.

Would highly recommend. Is queit peaceful and relaxing. Cosy lodge with beautiful views. The owners are helpful kind and friendly. Can't wait to go again.

Maple lodge was fantastic so cosy and warm and Mel was great had the heating on and fresh milk for me arriving, was more than flexible about checkout time which was amazing as we got to stay alittle longer and didn’t have to rush away. Was a truly lovely weekend exactly what I needed at the right time. I would definitely come back again. Senery was beautiful so peaceful thank you for having us.

Very friendly owners who added a nice touch with fresh eggs and milk. The location was very good with large garden. The cabin itself needed a little more TLC. It was a little foisty and to be honest the cleanliness could have been improved.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your comments. We were unaware that you had an issue with cleanliness, as a family run business we can assure our customers that cleanliness is a high priority. It saddens us that on this occasion I must have missed something , and apologise without reservation . Lovely quiet secluded cabin with everything you need. Very comfortable. Owners were great, approachable, nothing was too much bother. Would definitely recommend and will be back

Why can't I call Melanie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Melanie (the owner) a message.

If Melanie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
