40% deposit required at booking stage, balance 8 weeks prior to holiday. Changeover day is Saturday from late May till mid September. However during other times we are more flexible, so please enquire with your prefered dates, for long weekends and discounts for smaller groups.
We can also let the individual units outside of the summer months.
