The rental rate includes the complete and exclusive residence in the villa, all expenses for water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, private swimming pool usage, internet adsl wifi access, final cleaning. For 7+ days of stay, cleaning for bedrooms and bathrooms half way and at the end of each week. Linen and towels are provided, including pool towels. Swimming pool is open from the first week of May to the last week of September. From November 1st to April 15th central heating surcharge may apply (please ask). Phone bills are not included and must be paid separately. Security/damage deposit euro 600 (cash or credit card) to be left at arrival. If you have any question please contact us.
