A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking. Full payment is made 8 weeks prior to final departure.If you cancel your booking a deposit refund will only be given if we can re-let the villa during your booking period. A refundable damage deposit of £200 is payable with final payment for your stay. This will be returned within 5 working days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).To take full advantage of the best flight prices, changeover day is flexible. Please contact to enquire. Villa available from 15.00pm onwards (can be possible arranged earlier) Late arrivals can be arranged.
