Please note: these prices may exclude fees and can vary depending on when you stay and how long for. Prices are also subject to change at the advertiser’s discretion.

Bookings for week-end/part week rates (3 or 4 nights) are based at 75% of the weekly rate.
There are no additional costs, all linen and towels are provided together with a welcome pack.
The property will be held for one week after a provisional booking has been made.
Any booking will be only be considered confirmed once a non-returnable deposit has been received, by cheque or by bank transfer in pounds Stirling, of one third of the booking cost. Full payment becomes due eight weeks before your holiday.
If you prefer to pay via Holiday Lettings, we can arrange that, but, as they make a charge of 3% to us for this facility, (in addition to our existing annual fee,) we would respectfully require an additional 3% payment to cover this charge.
