Rates are inclusive of all bed linen and towels (except beach towels) and the house is maintained to a high standard, cleaned between guests and provided with clean linen. In good faith, we do not ask for a security deposit but request that you leave the house clean and in good order, and that you replace any breakages that may occur during your stay. Detailed instructions for collecting the key and any other information you may require will be forwarded to you following receipt of final payment.
