The prices shown are for an occupation of up to 4 people. Each extra person pays 15 euros or 10 euros per day (minimum 7 days), depending on the month . For booking confirmation it is requested the payment of 50% of the total stay's amount, which should be done through a bank transfer. The stay's balance should be made upon arrival in cash or up to 4 days before arrival in bank transfer. The safety deposit rental price is 15 euros per week. In case of key loss there will be a payment of 30 euros.In case of a remote control or entrance card's loss there will be a payment of 25 euros.There are special prices for stays of 3 weeks or over and for long winter lets. In long winter lets there will be no cleaning during the stay unless requested and there will be a fee to be paid for this. In these lets, we provide 2 pars of bed linen and towels for the number of people occupying the apartment.
