A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking. Full payment being made 8 weeks prior to final departure.If you cancel your booking a deposit refund will only be given if we can re-let the villa during your booking period. A refundable damage deposit of £250 is payable with final payment for your stay. This will be returned within 5 working days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).To take full advantage of the best flight prices, changeover day is flexible.
