Winter bookings (December, January, February & March) of one month or more are given good discounts, please contact the owners for more details. Winter duvets and portable heaters are included, there is also additional heating available via the air conditioning if needed.
The rental includes air-conditioning in each room, power & water and the initial clean for your visit. Additional items can be requested at extra cost, Hire of wheelchair hire can be arranged at approximately €50 per week. We can also arrange full week or mid stay clean at your own cost - bathroom / change of bedding & towels but this must be booked as early as possible. We can also arrange taxi transfers, taxi from Paphos airport - approx 35 euro each way (in cash) - must be ordered a minimum of 5 days in advance of your inbound flight. Taxi from Larnaca airport - 120/130 euro each way (in cash) - must be ordered a minimum of 1 week in advance of your inbound flight *Please be aware all prices are indicative and are subject to change. A booking deposit of 25% of the full cost of the booking fee will be required to confirm your booking. The balance shall be paid in full a minimum of 4 weeks prior to your departure. If you book less than 4 weeks prior to departure the full cost of the booking is required to be paid immediately. Holiday Lettings operates a payment system for your use. Security deposit - whilst we have to-date rented very successfully without issues we request from you a separate security deposit for the sum of GBP 100 to be set against cost incurred to rectify any damage, theft or otherwise to the contents or decoration of the property. The property is inspected and cleaned between guests visits. Minor breakages can usually be dealt with by direct replacement with a similar item in style and colour. Guests are asked to make the Owner aware of anything of this nature that needs to be replaced. In the event of severe problems guests shall get in touch with our Property Manager directly for guidance via the contact phone number provided with booking information as soon as possible. Please be aware that you may charged directly for certain items which are the guests responsibility to care for, i.e. replacing lost keys.
