Prices are in pounds sterling GBP. Discounts are available for longer lets of one month or longer. Shorter stays of three or four nights carry a slightly higher nightly rate to cover the relative increase in cleaning/linen/turnaround charges. Prices include: - Our own sheets and towels (Most villas use rented threadbare laundry linen) - Electricity for air-con (reasonable use) - Toddlers kit (a lot of villas charge to rent these): high chair, cot, changing mat, low stool and low chair, potty, adaptive toilet seat.
Electricity. Applies all bookings made after 19th March 2024.
You are allowed 25kWh/day free. This is about €12.5 euro/day.
For a week its 175kWh/week free. This is €87.5euro/week.
Any extra electricity use will be charged at the rate of €0.45 euro/kWh.
The meter will be read and photographed at the start and at the end of your stay.
