A £100 deposit will secure the booking & full payment should be made up to 4 weeks prior to departure. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of booking & loss of deposit.
Keys for the Penthouse are collected on the resort & details will be e mailed to guests following receipt of full payment.
Deposit will be refunded upon return of keys & a full inspection of the property has been carried out.
Any costs suffered as a result of damage to the property or household items (however small) or excessive cleaning charges will be subtracted from the deposit.
Cheques accepted but unfortunately we do not accept payment by credit card.

Late check out is possible on request (additional supplement of £50)
