A non refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, with the balance due six weeks before your stay. A reminder will be sent by email two weeks before the final balance is due. Bookings made eight weeks or less before the start of the rental should be paid for in full at the time of booking. For bookings made at short notice, the booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of an online bank transfer. Payment on arrival is not available. We can accept credit and debit card payments (subject to a 3% surcharge), online bank transfer, cheques and Paypal (subject to a 3% surcharge). A security deposit of £150 is required at the same time as the final balance is paid (no surcharge is payable on the security deposit if this is paid by debit or credit card or Paypal). This will be returned to you at the end of your stay after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment has been completed. For stays of more than two weeks, a higher security deposit will be chargeable - please ask the owner for further details.
**ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE ** ** The period of rental is from Saturday to Saturday during peak periods ** Flexible arrival /departure days may be possible during winter months ** Arrivals should be after 14.00 hrs and departures should be before 10.00 hrs. ** CANCELLATION POLICY ** We should be notified immediately by email of any cancellation. We will endeavour to re-let the apartment for the period. If successful, all monies paid, less the deposit, will be refunded. If we are unsuccessful, there will be no refund made. You are urged to ensure you have appropriate holiday insurance to cover you in case of cancellations in unforeseen circumstances.
