There will be a 3% surcharge added to these rates if booking is done on-line through Holiday Lettings or TripAdvisor. If booked directly with me the rates are as stated.  Rate includes bedding and cleaning at end of stay.  Towels not included.
All utilities - gas, water and electricity - included.
Minimum stay is two nights.
A security deposit of £100.00 is required in the form of a separate cheque/bank deposit.  This cheque will not be cashed (unless deemed necessary due to damage caused by the tenant) but will be shredded or returned to the tenant (optional) within 2 weeks after the property is vacated. 


33% non-refundable deposit at time of booking.  Payment in full  to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival date.  All payments to be made in UK Pounds, by cheque or via direct deposit into owners bank account.

A security deposit of £100.00 is payable eight weeks before occupancy.  This can be paid by separate cheque which will not be cashed but held by the owner.  The cheque will be returned to the tenant or destroyed (tenants preference) within 2 weeks of departure.  However if damage does occur during tenants occupancy the cheque will be cashed and used to make amends.  it is expected that any breakages are immediately notified to the owner.  Breakages less than £10 pounds will not be charged, but notification must please be made to the owner as it is an inconvenience to the next guest if  something has been broken, damaged or is missing.
