A security deposit of £150 cash will be required on arrival to fund any breakages, losses etc. This is returned in full on departure provided there are no issues. Non returnable deposit of 25% of booking fee is required to secure booking. Balance payable 6 weeks in advance of start of booking. Supplement of £25 per pet per week/short stay is charged. 245 units of electricity per week is included in the rental; any extra units are charged at 40p per unit but we reserve the right to increase this rate given the volatility of energy prices in 2022/23 Please note that we only allow a maximum of 8 people including babies to stay in the property..
