Prices shown are for the 2 bedrooom gite sleeping 1 to 4 (plus baby/toddler in travel cot). MAXIMUM 4 PEOPLE.
A non refundable deposit payment of 25% of the cost of your holiday at LE JARRIER is payable at the time of booking.
A 100 pound or 110 euro Security / Damages Deposit, will be required.
This will be returned at the end of your stay following checks on the property and contents. We ask that the gite is left as you find it. Cleaning products are provided in the gite.
However if you prefer, a Cleaning Charge of 45 euros can be paid upon arrival and we will clean the property on your departure day.
The balance payment is to be made 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
Changeover days are generally flexible except July & August Summer Peak Season when it is Saturday to Saturday bookings only.
Arrivals are strictly after 16.00 hrs and departure must be before 10.00 hrs.
