(i) Use of Conditioning - Please note that the air conditioning in the apartment is metered and the cost is according to consumption use (and charged at € 0.30/kw). Upon arrival at the apartment, the meter reading is taken and the same is done before departure. You will be charged with the difference in the two readings.
(ii) Eco-tax contribution - All tourists in Malta pay eco-tax contribution charges at 0.50 per person per night. This is payable by adults over 18 years of age and is capped at €5 per person.
The use of airconditioning and the eco-tax contribution are not included in the price.
