Please note: Our pricing includes provision of bed linen and towels (but not beach towels) - a cleaning and laundry service charge will apply. 5th guest - to sleep on single pull out sofa bed. The.6th guest is defined as an infant to sleep comfortably in the travel cot provided.
A separate fee is added to cover meet & greet plus cleaning service.
Extra cleaning can be arranged locally and directly with our agent.
This is currently 75€ for stays up to 2 weeks and 85€ for over 2 weeks.
A damages bond is also charged, however, provided that no damages of note are incurred or extra cleaning above the norm are / is incurred this will be fully refunded. Deductions from this bond will be proportionate to the damage / cleaning. We reserve the right to pursue costs incurred over and above the limit of the bond through legal action.
