Where the minimum number of nights is listed as four, this is gives our minimum charge during the week. This is considerably reduced per night and works out favourably compared to 3 nights at a higher rate. At weekends our minimum charge is for 3 nights. A telephone number is useful to discuss your requirements. We usually chat with guests before we take a booking.
*Card facilities available but unfortunately we are unable to accept Diners Cards as they don't seem to do breakages deposit refund. *25% non-refundable deposit secures booking or £200 if less. *Refundable £150 deposit required with final payment. 
*Price inclusive of £50 booking fee   *No cleaning charges if left as found  
*There may be an additional charge for bookings of less than a week *Please be aware that we never take 2 night bookings. There is a minimum charge for short bookings.   PLEASE ASK FOR A QUOTE for stays of 3 nights upwards. We may take short bookings before the arrival date. Where not let, we may have friends or past guests who have expressed an interest for certain dates and this may not necessarily be shown.  Unfortunately we are unable to respond to enquiries for less than 3 nights. However, do tel for chats!


Conditions

We prefer to take bookings over the phone. We chat with our guests to discuss your requirements. CARDS accepted (no charge for debit cards) or BACS payments. We do not take cash. We have been letting our properties for a long time using the Holiday Lettings website. However, some guests choose to pay by CREDIT CARD for extra security. Please feel free to discuss with us.
For the comfort and convenience of all our guests, the apartment is strictly no-smoking (including terrace and car park) and no pets.

25% of rental fee, or £200, whichever is the greater, on booking
The remainder payable 2 months prior to stay
Refundable breakages deposit of £150 required
No cleaning charges if left as found 
Cards accepted (not Amex nor Diners)

There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access but unfortunately there is not wheelchair access to either the terrace or the balcony.
