A £500 refundable security deposit is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival, this is refunded following departure after house check and clean. Price is for hire of whole property there is no extra charge for full occupancy using sofa beds/cots/high chairs.All linens; sheets towels tea towels bath mats are provided.
