-Rentals up to 8 weeks between Nov-May are charged at a weekly rate of £163
-Long term rentals (Over 8 weeks ) between Nov- May are charged at a weekly rate of £160
TERMS & CONDITIONS
-A cleaning charge of £40 applies per booking (not per week).
-Booking deposit £100, Remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
-Deposits must be received within 7 working days to secure booking.
-Arrivals 3pm & Departures 10.30am ,however there are some exemption
to the rules whenever possible.
-Apartments are suitable for couples / families & retired individuals.
-We would strongly recommend that holidaymakers take out their own travel insurance as we cannot be held
liable for any loss, damage or injury that occurs during their stay in our apartments.
