NIGHTLY PRICES SHOWN ARE FOR A  3, 4 or 5  NIGHT STAY. WE WILL LIST 2017 PRICES WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK, IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ANY PARTICULAR DATES IN 2017, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR PRICES.  A stay of 6 nights is is pro rata of the weekly price. 
After the final payment is made we will contact the holidaymaker with the code for the key safe. Our conditions for booking the property are: 
1. The party size will be no greater than 5 people (including children) unless agreed at the time of booking (we can accept a 6th provided it is an infant and the parents bring a travel cot)
2. Any accidents, spillages, breakages or any such other damage be caused to the property or its contents during the booked rental period will be notified to the owners & the holidaymaker is responsible for the reimbursement of the replacement or repair costs to the owner, whichever is the lowest. 
3. A dog is allowed on the condition that the owners take its own bedding & do not allow it onto furniture or beds.
4. Smoking inside the property is forbidden. If any cigarettes are smoked outside the property they should be disposed of responsibly and the ends not thrown onto the lawns.
5. The holidaymaker must agree not to cause annoyance to the neighbours. (By annoyance we mean excessive noise and abusive language and/or behaviour.)
Please note that we take seriously the need to be a good neighbour to those near us and to keep the area in and around our property tidy and suitable for a family holiday. If terms 4 and 5 are not adhered to, you will be required to leave the property and no refund will be given for time lost.
