We encourage long stays (stays of a month or more, minimum 14 days) and offer a reduced rent for stays over a month. Currently the rate for a month's long rental is US$1,600 including basic utilities (water, electricity, gas and 20 gg internet). Telephone use is covered by Guests.

The above rate includes ECG units worth GHC300, water, gas and 20 gigabytes of Vodafone internet units, per month. Rate also includes manned security guard service during the day from 6 p.m. till 6 a.m. Day time security can be provided at additional cost - please enquire.
