# PROPERTY CLEANING & LINEN+TOWELS:
• Are offered to you by a Cleaning Company
• The Cleaning Company has no monetary involvement/participation in the rental amount
• The Cleaning contract is between the Tenant and the Cleaning Company
• The End Cleaning Fee (250€ up to 4 persons and increases by 24€/person>4) has to be paid in cash at check-in directly to the Cleaning Company and includes:
___ Preparing the property and bedrooms within 24h before check-in
___ 1 set/person of sheets & towels with a minimum of 4 sets per booking. (double bed accommodates totally 2 people).
___ If the group consists of >4 persons (including kids under 2 years), the End Cleaning Fee increases by 24€/person above 4.
The End Cleaning fee does not include:
___ The mid stay cleaning is at 15€+VAT/hour, with a min. of 3 hours per visit. You will have to inform us at least 24 hours in advance of the day suitable for cleaning and the number of cleaning hours required.
The provision of services is as per Article 51 of Law 6/2017, of July 31.
This property accommodates max. 8 GUESTS older than 24 months:
_____Rental rates are based on a BASIC GROUP SIZE of 4 GUESTS/people older than 24 months;
_____WHEN MORE THAN 4 guests: the rental rate increase automatic by 15€/night/person older than 24 months>4
_____additional baby cots can be requested only for infants below 24 months at the rate of 4€/night and high chairs at 2,5€/night unrelated to the group size.
The above are in conformity with Article 87.9 of law 20/2015 and the guests agree to strictly abide by them.
# BALEARIC LAW DECRETO LEY 2/2016:
From 1-May till 31-October: Tourist Tax of 1€/day/person>16 years of age for day 1 till 8.
Thereafter from day 9 it is 0,50€/day/person>16 years of age.
From 1-November till 30-April: Tourist Tax of 0,50€/day/person>16 years of age for day 1 till 8.
Thereafter from day 9 it is 0,25€/day/person>16 years of age.
The amount of tourist tax will depend on the number of people staying at the property including the permitted guests. Therefore, the Balearic government decided that this tax is to be paid upon arrival by the Tenant(s).

“Early check‐in & Late Check‐out” is sometimes available depending upon other bookings and with prior written consent from the manager.
Check-in with guided tour & handover of keys until 10pm.
Late check-in fee: from 22:00 PM till 01:00AM is 50€
Late check-in fee: between 01:00AM and 07:00AM is 75€
No smoking in the bedrooms please. Only on the outside terraces.
# REQUIRED DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
Refundable damage deposit of 900€:
- PAID TO/ BLOCKED BY this booking channel,
- safely KEPT BY this booking channel,
- automatic REFUNDED by this booking channel.
We recommend you take out a '3rd party liability insurance' to cover eventual serious damage.
This could include in your travel insurance or in your family policy (if this covers Spain).

# PAYMENT TERMS:
All payments must be made using the payment method as stipulated by the booking channel you have chosen to use to book this property. We work with many different booking channels, each of which have their specific payment processes.
