The rental of this property is governed by the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According to this law the property is available for seasonal renting and the contract does NOT offer any Hotel alike activity or services such as daily housekeeping, reception or breakfast. The contract is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

# PROPERTY END CLEANING & LINEN+TOWELS:
•Are offered to you by a Cleaning company
•The end cleaning Company has no monetary involvement/participation in the rental amount.
•The end cleaning contract is between the Tenant and the Cleaning company
•The owner does NOT offer any hotel like services such as daily housekeeping, bed linen changes or breakfast, etc.
# NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING:
Linen & towels + beach towels are NOT included in the property end cleaning fee or booking.
# OPTIONAL: can be ordered separately should you wish prior to check-in

Q) Who carries out the property end cleaning + washing of linen&towels?
A) The owner cannot offer this service, so a 3rd party Cleaning company provides this for you.
Q) Why are linen&towels not included in the Property End Cleaning?
A) Time required to wash & iron all linen&towels for 2 people is much less compared to a group of 8.
Cleaners are paid on an hourly basis, therefore more time means greater cost, hence the 20€/person for linen&towels.
In essence “you only pay for what you use”
Q) What is difference in total required cleaning (incl. linen&towels) time between 2 and 8 persons?
A) ± 9,5hr for a couple and ± 16,5hr for a group of 8
Cleaning company rates are 14€/h+VAT
Q) What about asking ONE high end cleaning price that includes linen&towels?
A) The advertising price is set before any bookings are made, so the only way the cleaning company can avoid risk of losses, would be to ask the max. cleaning cost for 8 people= 16,5h x 14€/h+VAT =279,51€
However, 279€ would only be fair to groups of 8 but would discriminate against all smaller groups, especially a couple.
Q) Why not just include the cleaning cost in total rent?
A) Tenants who rent for multiple weeks should not pay multiple times for END cleaning. Regardless if you rent for a week or 2 months, you only pay it once.
Q) How about zero cleaning cost & ensuring tenants clean the property themselves before check-out?
A) Most tenants do not wish the burden of having to clean the property at the end of their holiday and appreciate paying the fee to not clean themselves.
We only can guarantee that the property will be consistently totally clean for the next tenants if done by a professional cleaning company.
Q) What is the total end cleaning cost with linen&towels for a couple or 8 persons?
A) 158€ for a couple= 118€ for property end cleaning paid during booking +(2x 20€=)40€ for linen/towels paid on arrival
278€ for Group of 8= 118€ paid during booking +(8x20€=)160€ for linen/towels paid on arrival

All payments must be made using the payment method as stipulated by this booking channel you have chosen to use to book this property. We work with many different booking channels, each of which have their specific payment processes.
Please beware that there are Fraudsters who look to obtain booking information through phishing or hacking accounts (from tenants or owners) whereby they contact tenants to change the balance payment method to their payment system. Please notify us ASAP on all our contact details provided to you in the event that a different payment method then previously used by you is asked by anyone. As all payments are handled by the booking channel, we will never interfere with their payment process.
