Weekly Bookings - full payment with booking. Monthly booking - 50% with booking and balance 6 weeks prior to arrival. Longer stays 25% with booking and balance 4 weeks prior to arrival
A damage/security deposit is requested with the booking and is refunded immediately the property has been checked.
The rental includes towels and bedding, electricity and water rates. The cost of housekeeping/cleaning and laundering of towels, bed linens, duvets etc. at the end of your stay is an additional £40. If a further mid-stay service is required during your stay this will cost an additional 1200 Thai Baht (£30.00), please mention this if required when you ask for a quote.
Payment is accepted through the trip advisor website or via bank transfer in any major currency, or via PayPal.
Normal departure time from condo is 11:00 and arrival time 15:00 onwards, however this can be flexible if the apartment is not occupied prior to arrival. A water and electricity reading will take place upon departure and is included in the rental amount. Excess use of electricity (typically caused by leaving the air conditioning on during the day) will be deducted from the deposit.
