An initial deposit is taken of £250 or $300 upon booking, which is also a deposit against loss and damage at the condo. This deposit is non-returnable if the holiday is cancelled and the period is not booked by other renters. Guests will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, after checking and final cleaning by the maids, and return of the keys. For bookings of more than 2 weeks the deposit is higher. For bookings of 3 weeks or more there is a 20% discount. We also offer discounts for repeat renters.
The price listed includes use of towels and bed linen, electricity and telephone charges to anywhere in the USA or Canada, high definition multi-channel TV.
