Confirmation of Booking / Cancellation terms:
Bookings will be officially confirmed once a deposit of 50% of the whole amount has been paid. The remaining 50% MUST be paid into the Landlord's account latest two weeks before arrival, after which all renters details will be made available. In the case of the booking being cancelled during the rental period or with a no show then the following rules apply;
Cancellation until 14 days before arrival = 100% of the amount of the rental are not refundable, unless that booking period can be rebooked with other people. In such a case a 10% administration fee of the total rental would be charged and subtracted.
Cancellation until 15 – 30 days before arrival = 50% of the amount of the rental are not refundable, unless that booking period can be rebooked with other people. In such a case a 10% administration fee of the total rental would be charged and subtracted.
Cancellation 31 – 60 days before arrival = 35% of the amount of the rental are not refundable, unless that booking period can be rebooked with other people. In such a case a 10% administration fee of the total rental would be charged and subtracted.
Earlier than 61 days before arrival = 25% of the amount of the rental are not refundable, unless that booking period can be rebooked with other people. In such a case a 10% administration fee of the total rental would be charged and subtracted.
Rates apply to certain booking times, e.g. 1-2, 3–7, 8–21 or 22–60 nights. Standard Rate is calculated on a stay of 8-21 nights. The rates for longer stays from 14 nights are then lower, for shorter stays less than 8 nights are then higher.
Extra person: No extra costs for max. 2 kids up to the age of 2 in a baby cot. For the use of the sofa-bed we charge extra. For all (=generally considerably discounted) stays in Low Season (1. May until 30. September) the guest has to carry the cost for electricity (consumption very much affected on the use of the underfloor heating system; own separate meter; settlement on day of departure).
