Prices for stays of 3 - 6 nights are chargeable as a proportion of the weekly rate. The prices quoted include the cost of cleaning the apartment after your stay and your use of electricity and gas. Towels and bed linen are provided for your use during your stay without any extra charge. Many operators will quote you a rental rate and then add the cost of cleaning and providing towels and bed linen as compulsory "extras", making your final bill much higher than the initial rental quote. We regard that as unethical and we will never do it. Our prices as quoted to you are fully inclusive from the outset. 25% of the rental fee is payable at the time of booking. The remainder is payable 1 month before your holiday. A damage deposit of £300 is payable with the final payment. The damage deposit is to the cover the cost of any breakages.
