The balance plus a refundable damages deposit of euro;300 is payable 6 weeks before the booking date. The damages deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the property being vacated provided there have been no damages during your stay. STRICTLY NO SMOKING WITHIN THE PROPERTY. Failure to adhere to the no smoking policy will result in a charge of euro;300 to dry clean curtains and rugs. The cottage is rented to include all bedding, towels, kitchenware, electricity, internet usage, cleaning and trash removal and re-cycling.
