3 person hot tub in a private area available at additional cost. It has a louvred canopy and tables and chairs, so it is ideal all year round.

Prices are based on 2 adults sharing. Up to two additional guests can be accommodated using the sofa bed. We supply bedding, linen, bath towels, hand towels, flannels, a bath mat and toiletries.

Weekend prices are: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday Mondays.

Please enquire for rentals for longer than two weeks and for what is included in the rental rate.

For Christmas stays we supply a door wreath, and decorations.

Prices include bedding, linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you choose to rent the hot tub, hot tub towels and bath robes are included. Please enquire.

There is free wi-fi which is usually very reliable. (Please note due to the remote location very occasionally the service can be disrupted).

Wood burning stove - an initial supply of logs, kindling and fire lighters in cooler months. Additional bags of logs and wood pellets are available at cost price, depending on our suppliers. Price at October 22 was £10 per large bag.
Heating is electric central heating and log burning stove.

Well behaved dogs welcome. £8 per dog per day. Please enquire.

We kindly ask guests to keep the property and all furniture, fittings and effects, in or on the property, in the same state of repair and condition as the commencement of the period, and to leave the property in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.
