Our Key Holder meets you at the property to provide keys and information. A customized Welcome Package is available and tailored to your needs upon request. 50% of the total rental is required to confirm your booking with balance due 30 days prior to the holiday. An exit cleaning and laundry fee is charged in the quote. No smoking in the villa. Extra items such as baby cots and highchairs can be arranged at no extra cost. We have English and Spanish TV and free Wi-Fi. We also have heating for the cooler nights with our new environmental friendly pellet stove. Never worry about the damp in the fall and winter periods.
