Changeover days are flexible.Deposit of 25% required at time of booking to secure then balance payable 8 weeks prior to rental.A £200 refundable damage deposit is required. Please note we would not charge for slight damage such as a broken plate or cup as we appreciate accidents happen. All we would ask is that we are informed of minor breakages so that item can be replaced for the next occupant.
