20% of the rental cost required to secure the booking. The remaining 80% to be paid 6 weeks before the holiday start date. Deposits re non refundable and non transferable.
Deposit and/or balance payments can be paid directly into UK bank account ( no charges incurred, please ask for details) or via Paypal (We can send you a quote or you can choose the "book now" option)
PLEASE NOTE that ALL paypal payments are subject to charges of between 1.4% and 3.4%. Charges incurred will be clearly shown to guests and deducted from the breakage deposit (see below)
We also require a breakage deposit of £600 (to be paid with the balance) which will be returned after villa inspection. We accept that there can be a couple of broken glasses but this is to cover ourselves against anything more major. We maintain a very high standard.
