Rates are quoted in sterling, payment can be made in euro by agreement with the owner.
A Deposit of 30% is required at time of Booking to Confirm Reservation, with the balance of 70% to be paid 8 weeks before arrival, unless by prior agreement.
Check-In is after 15.00 hours on Arrival Day, and Check-Out is by 12.00 hours on Departure Day, this can be flexible if there are no other guest arriving / departing
