A security deposit of 150 Euro in cash will be required on arrival. It will be returned on departure, or sent by bank depost, after checking there are no damages and that no extra cleaning charges are required. Air conditioning (40 Euro per week) is an optional extra cost. In the Spring and Autumn seasons (Spring and Autumn) we are flexible as for arrival and departure times, please contact us.
