All bed & bathroom linen and weekly cleaning is included in the rental.

Heating and utilities are included from May to September for rentals of up to 4 weeks. To encourage sensible usage stays longer than, or out of, this period will be billed separately according to the meters.

A damage deposit of £750 is requested for stays of up to 4 weeks. Longer stays may be more. This can be made via credit card guarantee if preferred and will be refunded at the end of your stay less the replacement cost of any breakages.
