- The property's Week end rates apply to : Friday-Saturday-Sunday nights- a security / damage deposit of 250€ is required at reservation to secure your booking. Linen is optionnal, you can bring your own set of sheets, pillow cases and towels. If you don't want to bring your Linen towels set, inform us ( a 1 bed Linen set / 2 persons = 30€ )- For rent period of 1 week or more, an advance of utilities of 35€ per week 2 persons / 45€ per week 4 persons will be required ( to have renters responsible with Utilities consumption ). The balance will be refund after the check out.- Changeover days are flexible. The Final cleaning is 30€.
