25% deposit payable at time of booking. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
£150 per week breakages and electricity/fuel deposit is payable directly to the owner 8 weeks prior to departure. The balance of the breakages and fuel deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure. Electricity/fuel costs are based on meter readings which can be monitored by guests.
The Villa is available from 6.00 pm on day of arrival and is to be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Requests to vary these times are dependent on back to back bookings.
Cancellation charges: Up to 8 weeks prior to departure deposit only (minus the booking fee). From 4-8 weeks prior to departure 50% of full payment (minus the booking fee). Up to 4 weeks prior to departure 25% of full payment (minus the booking fee).
Arrival and departure days are flexible.
