DISCOUNTS FOR LONGER STAY : Discounts for staying for 3 weeks or more.
CLEANING CHARGE : There is a one off extra charge for cleaning and preparation of the property prior to guests arrival, and for laundry after the guest leaves.
WIFI internet is included in the rental cost.
UTILITY COSTS : Water and Electricity are included in the rental price. The price is determined by assessing the amount used by past guests. It is calculated at the same rate as payable by the property owner to the utility companies.
OPTIONAL EXTRA : Transfers from the airport and car hire can be arranged for guests at competitive price if desired.
BREAKAGES DEPOSIT : A refundable breakages deposit of £150 is required when balance is paid for the rental.
