WINTER RENTAL PRICES - I WILL DISCOUNT LONG TERM RENTALS ALSO CONSIDERED AT DISCOUNTED PRICES Prices include linen and towel service weekly. Free wi fi. Central heating in the winter. A 25% deposit is required within 48 hours of bookings. The balance will be due 4 weeks prior to your arrival date in addition to a 200 U.K pound refundable security deposit if no breakages or damage is caused when our caretaker checks the property. This deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure with a detailed invoice should any deductions have to be made. The property will be cleaned for your arrival and on departure, a weekly linen and towel change will be made, should you wish to have this done in between your holiday period, you will incur additional charges. The pool will be cleaned twice a week as standard. A basic welcome pack will be provided of milk, tea, sugar, coffee, if you require a larger shop this can be arranged. Cancellation charges - 10% of full holiday value up to 6 weeks before arrival date - 50% up to 4 weeks before arrival date & 100% up to 2 weeks before arrival date Long Term Lets please consult for a price Air conditioning on the lower floor is charged at an additional 50 pounds per week. Late arrivals after 8pm (arrival point and time being Xativa) will be charged an additional fee by our care taker of 15€ per hour
