Prices Weekly rental prices are in Swiss Francs and include local management services and utilities, although a surcharge for excess electricity and heating usage may be levied where usage is excessive or where utility prices rise excessively. Linen provision (Swiss Francs 20 per person per set) and end of stay cleaning (approximately Swiss Francs 130) are not included in the rental price, and are supplemental as are tourist taxes of Swiss Francs 1.80 pppn (Swiss Francs 0.90 for children 6 to 18), which are paid locally in Champex-Lac. Minimum stay Minimum stay is one week. Multiple weeks can be negotiated subject to availability and seasonal periods. Long let available on a winter/summer season and yearly basis. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. Generally, changeover day Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed with the owners. Arrival between 4pm and 8pm and departure by 10am, unless otherwise agreed with the owners and local agent. Booking inquiries are initially handled directly with the owners, via Holiday Lettings online booking manager, who provides a booking contract and receives payment, which can be made by Pay Pal, credit or debit card in Swiss Francs. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the entire rental payment. A returnable surety deposit is payable to the local agent on arrival (as the apartment is expensively furnished). Confirmed bookings are handed over to the local agent, who will look after you during your stay. Please note that the rental payment is non refundable and holiday cancellation insurance is recommended. The deposit will be returned on departure, after deduction for any damages, missing inventory, supplemental cleaning and non payment of tourist tax, together with any related administration and delivery charges attributable to repairs or the procurement of replacement inventory. Regrettably smoking is not permitted within the confines of the apartment and the building. Pets may be considered and may be subject to a surcharge to cover supplemental cleaning.
Smoking is not permitted in the building and pets may be considered. Whilst the apartment will be professionally cleaned at the end of your stay, it is expected that the apartment be kept reasonably clean and tidy, with all rubbish removed and placed in the communal rubbish bin located in the outside parking area. This will speed up the change over day clean up and avoid any unnecessary delays for you and other guests. Any costs for extra cleaning will be deducted from your deposit. Laundry should be placed in the bath of the main bathroom at the end of the booking.
