Discounts will be given for rental periods longer than 1 week except for peak season. 2nd week 10%, 3rd week -20 %, 4rth week and onwards -30%. Periods shorter than one week can be discussed depending on availability. We reserve the right to prioritize long rental periods over short. In the peak season (pre- X-Mas to post New Year) minimum booking period is 12 days. Additional days to whole weeks will be pro-rated. For utilization in excess of 6 guests please obtain a quote. In the peak season we reserve the right to prioritize longer rental period inquiries (2 weeks or more). All rates are inclusive of government tax ( 7 % ), but exclusive of daily cleaning service, utilities service, sheets & towels. An additional electric power charge is due for payment based on consumption upon check-out. Other expenses on location: Electric power: 11 THB/kWH. Villa service fee: 200 THB/day first 2 persons, 100 THB/day/person in excess of 2. Baby cot: 100 THB/day or 500 THB/week. WIFI is free of charge. We reserve the right to risk assess the customer in each case based on previous experience and set the damage deposit accordingly.
