The price includes: gas, water; towels and bed linens; Wi-Fi internet connection; air conditioning.
The price excludes (to be paid to the property): weekly cleaning: Euro 200 every week; electricity: on consumption (metre reading on arrival and departure); city tax: Euro 5.5 per person per night (for the first 7 day of stay); heating (if used): Euro 30 per day.
Keys deposit: Euro 300 in cash (It will be refunded on departure, provided that no damages were caused by the client).
