25% deposit required at time of booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before date of arrival. In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply: - loss of deposit for any cancellation and 6 weeks or less before departure - 100% of rental charge.
In addition we ask for a £250 breakages deposit payable with the balance of your booking and refundable once our maintenance company confirms the condition of the villa and contents are satisfactory at the end of your stay.
