Tarif from April to October includes all costs (electricity / bed-linen / towels) and includes the heated swimming pool. From Mid October to Mid April the swimming pool is closed (exact dates depend on weather conditions). We will supply a reasonable quantity of logs for the chimney during the winter period. If you wish to reduce costs, you may bring your own bed linen. In high season, (July-August), changeover day is Saturday. Outside of this period, we are happy to explore options on duration of stay, arrival and departure dates and times, and at certain times of the year, we will be happy to discuss special rates, particularly for long stay. On booking, a 20% deposit is requested; final payment is within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday. Deposits/final payments are normally non-refundable - unless we can re-let the villa.
As soon as you let us know you would like to come, we will confirm availability and price and send you a simple booking form to complete. We will then ask for a 20% deposit and a final payment 8 weeks before the start of your holiday - to be paid in euros by bank transfer. Nothing simpler! Before you come, we will ask you for a £400 / €500 security deposit preferably sent by cheque which we will not cash. If there are breakages or damage, we will subtract these from your security payment, by prior agreement. In fact many of our guests simply replace the damaged or broken item - which we really appreciate as it ensures the high standard of the villa is maintained for guests coming afterwards. All we really ask is that you treat our home as well as you would treat your own - and ensure your children understand the importance of treating the house and its environment with loving care!
