The flat, in the summer, should be available between 3 and 4 weeks out of 5 between the 20th July and the 31st August. based on the holiday request we get we will shape our 3/4 week holiday. Again, minimum stay is 2 weeks. Price includes everything, minimum deposit to secure the flat is 250 pounds which will be returned once we check all is ok in the flat. The payment of the full holiday has to be done by the first day in, at the latest.
