THE ABOVE RATES APPLY FOR 1 TO 4 PERSONS
A security deposit of euro 500 euros will be required. Subject to no serious damage, it will be refunded after your departure. Euro100 euros is included in the weekly rate for cleaning.
All rates include electricity, central heating, air-conditioning, linen and towels, wifi and pool heating. Rates are quoted in euros, and we would prefer euro currency payment please.
A deposit of 25% of the rental will be due at time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable. Insurance cover is strongly recommended.
