• A 25% deposit is required on booking confirmation with the balance due 4 weeks before arrival. A refundable breakages/damages deposit of 350 euro is required with all bookings, payable before arrival and refunded within 7 days of departure, less any deductions for losses breakages and damages (if any).
• Check in time is at 15:00. Check out time is by 10:00. If you require any times different to these, please enquire. No fixed changeover day.
• Bed linen and towels are provided and changed once a week. Please bring your own beach towels.
• A Welcome Pack will be provided upon arrival at the villa Free of charge.
• The villa is suitable for families including children but please be aware that we do not accept bookings for any other groups under the age of 25 or single sex groups and all bookings are subject to our terms and conditions.
