Guests must settle water and electricity charges (based on usage) at the end of their stay. The onsite manager will take a meter reading at the start and end of your stay.

A refundable security deposit of £100 applies. It shall be promptly returned after payment of utilities, return of keys and inspection of the premises for damage.
